Eelco Dijkstra. Managing Director of Europhia Consulting. Eelco has 18 years of industry experience at management level related to logistics and supply chain management in Europe, APAC and China. His commercial and organisational management background has enabled a number of large and multi-national companies such as Scherer & Trier, International Paper and TNT Express to successfully develop a more focused international sales and marketing strategy based on innovation and stronger customer relationships leading to improved revenues and returns. Within logistics, his innovative approach to supply chain management has led to optimised supply chain models for a number of multi-national companies leading to improved distribution models whilst lowering capital investments and improving financial cash flow. Eelco has a Bachelor degree in Economics from Auckland University in New Zealand. He is inspired by successful change management in which leadership plays a crucial role. Eelco is a Board member of VeLA in the Netherlands and is frequently invited to speak on HR topics related to the logistics and supply chain sector.
Justina Liow, Director of Europhia Consulting. Justina has 10 years of experience working in various warehouse management, business solutions and executive sales roles within APAC. Largely focused on addressing supply chain challenges faced by multi-national companies in the high-tech, retail and chemical industries during her careers with TNT Express and PSA Logistics. She has worked with multiple international companies to implement and improve their service logistics operations in Asia Pacific, while spearheading the development and implementation of a global spare parts logistics management IT system for a number of key customers. She has also established and implemented direct ship distribution programs with various leading companies. Justina has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, and with major in Logistics Management. She is on the executive committee of the Supply Chain Asia community, and a member of the Singapore HR Institute.
Manfred P. Bogaert. Partner - Belgium & Luxembourg, has held a number of senior management positions in companies such as Metra Proudfoot I’nal Consulting, Alfa Hotels, leading Belgian newspaper Gazet Van Antwerpen and various Publicity, PR and Marketing Communications Agencies on a global basis. In his last role he was VP & Marketing Director at SFI Corporation in the area of Technology Development of FMCG. Manfred has proven managerial, sales and marketing skills. He is a strong negotiator, a motivator and team builder and has the ability to delegate and control. He has excellent multilingual communication skills at all levels. Manfred speaks fluent Dutch, French, English and German. He is actively driving the development of Offshore Outsourcing & BPO with the logistics sector. Manfred possesses a strong network within the transport & logistics sector in and around the Port of Antwerp. Niek Visarius. Managing Partner - Consultancy. Niek has accumulated broad international experience in supply chain, customer service, logistics management and project management through various corporate leadership roles in businesses such as Rockwell Automation, Cisco Systems, Ricoh Copiers, and Whirlpool Nederland. Having achieved an in-depth knowledge of the supply chain industry, Niek is known for supporting and extending the company’s vision, creating competitive advantage and implementing process control, leanness and agility, customer focus, high service standards and use of IT and web-based technology. Niek has frequently presented at international seminars on topics such as E-business, E-logistics and Supply Chain related and has participated in multiple round table discussions. He has made presentations at Eindhoven Technical University, Euroforum, Holland International Distribution Council, Council of Logistics Management (US), and IQPCS Shared Services Network conferences and with MCE Europe. He is also often been interviewed for magazines about his vision on logistics and supply chain related topics.
