International Career Motivation Report

More than two thirds of the logistics and supply chain professionals worldwide are unsure whether they wish to stay with their current employers long-term. Logistics professionals identify career opportunities as the key driver behind career motivation. These are key findings of Europhia Consulting's global survey within the logistics sector, which was conducted together with several media and industry partners.

Salary still plays an important role in determining logistics professionals' career choices, but a good salary package alone is not sufficient to make employees join or stay with a company. What drives them away from their employer? What motivates them to join, stay with or leave a company?
